I went to the MIAS 2009 like I planned.

I brought my camera, like I planned.

Only thing that didn't go like I planned: I take my camera out of my pocket, turn it on, and... it displays an error message, it's basically broken. Yes I know what the problem is, but it's not something I can fix myself, at all.

So, concerning everyone who requested anything from me: Don't panic! I'm planning to go back.

Concerning other people who didn't request anything: REQUESTS FOR PICTURES ARE STILL OPEN UNTIL FRIDAY THE 23^RD. Just ask for a car model that's on sale in Canada and chances are that it's there. You can use my previous post for reference. Note that they also have a few exotics and oldies, as described in the previous post.

I'll take my other camera. Image quality will be 2816×2112 pixels (6.0 megapixels) with a reasonable amount of JPEG (lossy) compression.

I'm talking about requests here. Not commissions. This means that it's free and doesn't require anything on your part. I like taking pictures anyway. Only thing is that the picture will not be yours but will be distributed with a Creative Commons license, so you will be able to use it.

SO... besides camera problems, the Auto Show was really sweet; lots of good-lookin' shiny metal on four wheels, let me tell ya. Going back won't be a chore, don't worry about that. We accidentally skipped a few manufacturers, so we didn't see just everything. I have a map now, so it'll just be better.

I'm back to work. I have like two more weeks, then school. Honestly I'm looking forward to this. I've been working from home all summer, and this was probably the most boring job I ever had. Two years ago I really didn't want to go back, but back then I was in high school and now I'm in college. I guess it makes a difference.

Anyway. I went to a car show today. Pretty much only old cars from the '70s or older. The only exception was one pick-up from 1994. I took pictures, of course. Maybe I'll upload one. Or some.

Vacation. Two weeks of freedom.

Now I can enjoy being home and not working. Or going out. Damn I needed it!

Today I'm recovering from a LAN Party that lasted like 24 hours. So last night I slept like 13 hours. Played Unreal Tournament, Halo, Warcraft III, Starcraft and Worms.

I've been in Magog with friends last week-end. Did some waterskiing, tubing, swimming and stuff. Took some nice pictures on lake Magog, again. Some are worth to be put up here, once I'll have sorted them. One of my friends told me he'd join dA. I hope he does so, his pics are of pure win. ...better than mine.

Now I'm not sure what I'll do (and when) during my short vacation, so my activity here will be kinda flaky. Sorry if you get late comments and replies. I'm still (slowly) working on my sorta basical game. While waiting you can play You Have To Burn The Rope, which I didn't make but is fun to play. (Sorta, lol)

Besides that, not much, lol. Just wanted to make a journal so I can post a quiz I stole. Now let's go beat the Devil in GH^III.
